Govindh has extensive experience in patent searches, preparation of landscape reports, competitor-intelligence studies, patent drafting, and worldwide prosecution of patent applications. Govindh regularly drafts responses to FERs and advises on patentability and freedom-to-operate opinions, patent due diligence, patent ranking and valuation, and product-portfolio management. Govindh has previously worked with various patent search firms and legal process outsourcing organisations. Govindh holds a Master\u2019s degree in Biotechnology from Bharathidasan University, Tiruchirappalli, and an LL.B. from Karnataka State Law University.
